Construction documents
There are 2 ways the workflow process can go and depends entirely on what you feel comfortable with.
As a client you can:
1. Set up tender documents, where you provide:
- architectural plans and elevations
- architectural schedule of finishes
You then work with your architect directly.
OR, option 2 is Meet & Greet with SAY where we:
- Sketches & plans according to needs
- Finalise a wish list and building budget
- Provide costings / estimates on the job
- Council drawings
- Lodgement of documents to council
