There are 2 ways the workflow process can go and depends entirely on what you feel comfortable with.

As a client you can:

1. Set up tender documents, where you provide:

  • architectural plans and elevations
  • architectural schedule of finishes

You then work with your architect directly.

OR, option 2 is Meet & Greet with SAY where we:

  • Sketches & plans according to needs
  • Finalise a wish list and building budget
  • Provide costings / estimates on the job
  • Council drawings
  • Lodgement of documents to council
